Hello.i have a blackview 8900 pro .which has quit being able to take a charge and looking into the port on the phone .I see that a little piece of plastic has broken off of the middle tab inside the charging port .what are my options .I do have another 8900 but not a pro and looking at the charging board picture the charging board between the 2 phones is different so there goes that idea of changing the charging board out .is taking the charging port an option ? This is beyond my ability but could a qualified person do it? I'm trying all options and via comment here is best attempt I've come across so far
For sure, it’s worth trying to replace the charging board instead of buying a new phone. Nowadays, it's common to find a smartphone repair shop, so I suggest you visit one and ask for a quotation.
